Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive people experience
- 3+ years as a People Business Partner or HRBP
- Fluent in AI and use of Data and Technology
- Skilled communicator and trusted advisor
- Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance best practices
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity
