Grow existing agency relationships and expand to new accounts focusing on Nat Gen products with emphasis on commercial vehicle business
Profitably grow assigned portfolio of agents in collaboration with regional sales leaders
Maintain a solid book of business and generate new business via networking, cold calling, and prospecting
Achieve new business production, direct written premium, loss ratio goals, and other KPIs annually
Deliver high level of personal attention to prospective and existing customers via virtual and in-person visits and provide coaching to drive profitable growth
Increase agent engagement, quoting, and production; recommend agencies for profit-sharing, rewards, and incentive programs
Solicit new agencies, evaluate their potential, and recommend qualified agencies for appointment to Zone Directors and Sales Vice President
Requirements
4-year Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
3 or more years of experience (Preferred)
Authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship)
Experience growing agency relationships and commercial vehicle business
Ability to prospect, cold call, and articulate competitive advantages
Ability to deliver virtual and in-person visits and provide coaching to agents
Experience managing KPIs such as new business production, direct written premium, and loss ratio
