Coordinate, research, and respond to formal complaints from Departments of Insurance, BBB, Executive Office, Affinity Groups, and others
Review and compile claim documents for File Sharing Requests from law enforcement, Departments of Insurance, and other insurance carriers
Conduct timely reviews of policies written by Managing General Agencies (MGAs), including analysis of underwriting guidelines, third-party reports, billing, rating, and print
Partner with Underwriting to review state regulations and insurance guidelines and recommend exceptions to standard processes
Identify coaching opportunities, process improvements, and system issues and communicate with appropriate parties
Assist executive customers via the Executive Services phone line for policyholder service
Create, implement, and optimize process improvements
Requirements
Comprehensive property and casualty (P&C) insurance experience
Valid Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred; candidates without a license must be willing to obtain one during training
Proficient in managing both formal and informal complaints across various coverage types
Tech-savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office programs
Exceptional time management, critical thinking, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
Well-versed in claims processes, compliance standards, and quality assurance processes
Strong research, investigative and written communication skills
Thrives in a remote work environment
Authorization to work in the United States (employer does not sponsor work visas)

Base compensation $50,700.00 - $78,570.00 Annually
