About the role
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to translate product requirements into user stories, wireframes, and prototypes
- Assist in conducting market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends to inform product strategy
- Gather and prioritize feature requests from stakeholders and customers, balancing business objectives and technical feasibility
- Work closely with data analysts to analyze product performance metrics and user feedback, making data-driven recommendations for improvements
- Support the product launch process, including developing go-to-market strategies, coordinating with marketing teams, and ensuring successful product releases
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, facilitating communication and ensuring clear understanding of product goals
- Contribute to product vision, discovery, roadmaps, and backlog to maximize customer value provided by Arity's products
Requirements
- MBA student
- Entrepreneurial with a strong inclination towards taking initiative and action
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to make informed decisions based on data
- Insatiable curiosity and high attention to detail
- Desire to learn new skills and grow in Product Management careers
- Ability to work closely with engineers, customers, and stakeholders
