About the role

  • Lead deployment and localisation of training content across international markets
  • Oversee regional training teams and provide strategic direction and performance oversight
  • Serve as liaison between global training team and international markets to adapt and deliver global content locally
  • Architect localization strategy including translation, cultural adaptation, and enrichment of global modules
  • Implement modular “plug-and-play” approach for global and local content blending
  • Monitor adherence to global priorities and escalate misalignments or risks
  • Oversee validation of instructional materials for accuracy, compliance, and engagement
  • Lead local training delivery and establish regional training framework
  • Engage executive stakeholders and coordinate with local sales leadership for roll-outs
  • Oversee needs assessments and performance analyses to define new content requirements
  • Direct end-to-end solution delivery with instructional design SMEs and pilot key markets
  • Measure impact through learner feedback, proficiency metrics, and business outcomes
  • Coach and develop training managers and local trainers to build high-performing teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, instructional design, education or related field; MBA or Masters degree preferred
  • Demonstrated commercial, instructional design or learning and development experience
  • Extensive experience managing high-performing training teams and working across functions and geographies
  • Experience in med tech, fintech, or other regulated industry a plus
  • Skilled in partnering with key stakeholders (medical affairs, franchises, sales, finance, legal)
  • Proven ability to lead through transformation, ambiguity, and continuous evolution
  • Comfortable operating in regional and global environments and adapting communication styles
  • Continuous improvement mindset focused on business outcomes and KPIs
  • Proven leadership ability to manage, coach, and develop high-performing teams
  • Exceptional presentation and executive communication skills
  • High level of technical proficiency with Microsoft Office, MS Teams, and Veeva
