About the role
- Lead a team of Revenue Operations analysts to deliver data-driven insights
- Conduct in-depth analysis of revenue data to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to deliver actionable insights
- Support forecasting, quota setting, and strategic planning processes
- Oversee project timelines and deliverables to ensure team efficiency
- Identify and propose improvements to revenue operations processes
- Implement best practices for data management and analysis
- Turn complex data into strategic insights that influence GTM decisions and drive growth
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, or a related field
- Master’s degree, MBA, or certification in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence, preferred
- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales analytics, or a related analytics role—preferably in a SaaS environment
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI, is preferred
- Strong grasp of sales metrics, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive initiatives forward
