• Partner with client and internal teams to ensure long-term professional relationships

• Manage the commission database, answering questions, researching issues, and creating and analyzing reports
• Research and respond to commission inquiries from the Field (120+ sales and service reps)
• Coordinate problem resolution and evaluate exception requests
• Enter new commission requests, review submitted requests, and confirm accuracy of the data
• Manage commission adjustments and revisions
• Perform routine auditing to ensure compliance with policies and agreements
• Provide training and communication on commissions and systems
• Maintain and update commission matrix and schedules
