About the role
- Partner cross-functionally with key business stakeholders to bring MANTL’s vision, values, and strategy to life.
- Help MANTL drive efficiency across the organization, become more data driven, and create continued strategic alignment.
- Work closely with management and leadership teams and partners across the FinTech industry.
- Manage the company's budget and drive quarterly and annual planning processes.
- Develop rolling forecasts and perform variance analysis to support business operations.
- Analyze, allocate and deploy the company's resources efficiently.
- Conduct financial analyses in collaboration with all departments and own financial planning systems.
- Play a crucial role in investor relations.
Requirements
- Strong financial modeling and forecasting experience, with deep experience in SaaS business models, metrics and accounting.
- Experience running the annual budgeting process and developing rolling forecasts to support business operations.
- Ability to perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights to improve financial performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience creating PowerPoint presentations and dashboards that effectively communicate the key drivers of the business to management and senior leadership.
- Excellent communication skills – a strong verbal communicator and writer.
- Highest level of integrity, discretion and trustworthiness with handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to create cross-functional clarity through monthly KPI reporting across the organization with an eye towards driving efficiency across the company.
- +5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, and/or FP&A, strategic finance, business operations, or related field.
- Proficient in SaaS accounting, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the US for full-time employment (no sponsorship)
