💰 $110,500 - $184,000 per year
About the role
- Acts as the primary regional representative for the execution and delivery of clinical project(s)
- Cultivate excellent Sponsor relationships and ensure clients remain well informed on project progress, risks, issues and changing needs
- Provide project oversight and assist with project delivery services as required
- Champion the project forecasting process and monitor third party agreements
- Oversee, monitor and/or manage project planning and implementation activities; review and approve project scope, budget, metrics, tools, recruitment, and training requirements
- Ensure projects are adequately staffed, meet sponsor quality, schedule, and budgetary requirements, and adhere to regulatory guidelines/requirements
- Oversee and review project critical paths and ensure SOPs, controls, guidelines, regulatory standards, and industry best practice are met or exceeded
- Identify, review and/or deliver communications to project teams and stakeholders and establish stakeholder feedback processes
- Evaluate, assign, and monitor unit resource requirements including hiring, terminations, performance evaluations, staff training and development
- Contribute to Business Development activities by assisting with proposals, bid defenses and prospect development
- May include additional Administrative, Staff and Budgetary responsibilities for a small satellite office
Requirements
- Minimum of seven years of related work experience with ongoing training
- Three-year College Advance Diploma/Degree in a relevant field of study (preferable in (Health) Sciences or Clinical Research)
- Experience with molecular biology
- Experience running clinical translational studies
- Self-motivation with strong communication skills and a commitment to achieving positive results
- Strong attention to detail and keenness to understand the importance of building collaborative relationships to achieve results
- Ability to engage in continuous learning and self-development
- Ability to continually foster teamwork
