About the role
- Ensure the smooth operation of Ariba P2P system
- Timely processing of supplier invoices
- Work Monday - Thursday on a 6-month contract
- Collaborate with digital/platforms and procurement teams to support P2P processes
- Maintain supplier relationships and resolve invoice issues
- Contribute to reimagining and evolving digital P2P assets to increase scalability and security posture
Requirements
- 3+ years in Accounts Payable or similar finance function
- Strong understanding of transactional procurement and PO systems
- Experience with Ariba P2P is highly desirable
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong relationship management and communication abilities
- High attention to detail and commitment to performance
- Commercial acumen and business awareness
- Collaborative team player with solid planning and organisational skills
- Must be comfortable and motivated to work in a remote setting, with a strong sense of accountability and self-management
- Relevant degree or recognised industry qualification preferred
