• Create, develop, implement and manage Network, Telecom & other Software Sub-Category Strategies
• Develop strong, trusted partnerships with key business stakeholders and implement category strategies
• Act as Alight’s contractual point of contact with aligned suppliers and manage strategic sourcing engagement activities (RFPs, negotiations, contracting, governance)
• Own Technology Category supply markets and internal business requirements
• Develop demand forecasts and consult with stakeholders on industry trends
• Define requirements to enable continuous improvement and work with other Procurement Teams using market research and analytics
• Connect supplier needs across businesses to identify opportunities and synergies
• Acquire deep understanding of Client/Business Objectives and incorporate into sourcing process
• Drive alignment, manage risk and issues, and take proactive ownership and accountability of categories
