About the role
- Meeting or exceeding sales and product objectives, utilizing solution-selling techniques to guide the sales process to close
- Qualifying leads and identifying prospect needs, engaging technical resources as required
- Managing (new and existing) customers to create upsell/cross-sell opportunities in your market
- Managing the full sales cycle.
- Using value-based selling techniques to effectively guide sales processes to close (experience with value-based selling and/or for example MEDDPICC)
- Developing and maintaining business within existing accounts, managing complex sales situations, and sales campaigns
- Using Salesforce CRM to provide timely and accurate sales activity tracking and status updates
- Working strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions
Requirements
- 3 + years of BDR/SDR/Account Executive experience in a Technology company with a proven track record in exceeding targets
- Direct SaaS/UCaaS selling experience.
- Have excellent verbal skills, speaking Polish at a high professional level, with consultative business acumen.
- Have good knowledge of using Salesforce CRM.
- Have good BA/BS knowledge.
- Have excellent SaaS Video/Web Conferencing solution/UCaaS selling skills.
