About the role

  • Own the complete B2B SaaS sales cycle: Manage the full sales cycle, from first call to closing
  • Build and qualify your pipeline across European markets, with support from marketing
  • Conduct discovery calls and deliver compelling product demonstrations
  • Create tailored proposals and negotiate contracts
  • Navigate complex stakeholder groups and build consensus for purchase decisions
  • Represent Marvia at industry events and build a strong European network
  • Provide market intelligence to inform product development and GTM strategy
  • Work closely with customer success to ensure smooth deal transitions

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven B2B SaaS sales experience, owning deals end-to-end, with consistent quota achievement
  • Strong understanding of consultative sales methodology and value-based selling
  • Excellent communication skills: you listen, challenge, and advise
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex deal dynamics
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (French or German is a strong advantage)
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • Willingness to travel across Europe for industry events and prospect meetings
  • Bonus: Previous sales experience in marketing technology, franchise software, or multi-location solutions
  • Network within European franchise, or multi-location industries
