About the role
- Own the complete B2B SaaS sales cycle: Manage the full sales cycle, from first call to closing
- Build and qualify your pipeline across European markets, with support from marketing
- Conduct discovery calls and deliver compelling product demonstrations
- Create tailored proposals and negotiate contracts
- Navigate complex stakeholder groups and build consensus for purchase decisions
- Represent Marvia at industry events and build a strong European network
- Provide market intelligence to inform product development and GTM strategy
- Work closely with customer success to ensure smooth deal transitions
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven B2B SaaS sales experience, owning deals end-to-end, with consistent quota achievement
- Strong understanding of consultative sales methodology and value-based selling
- Excellent communication skills: you listen, challenge, and advise
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex deal dynamics
- Fluency in Dutch and English (French or German is a strong advantage)
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Willingness to travel across Europe for industry events and prospect meetings
- Bonus: Previous sales experience in marketing technology, franchise software, or multi-location solutions
- Network within European franchise, or multi-location industries
