Acquire new partners and expand partner base by selling ConnectWise software solutions
Manage the sales cycle from opportunity creation to close in partnership with broader Sales team
Establish operational plans for Account Executive teams and implement new products, processes, standards, and operational plans
Provide support to cross-functional teams and communicate with ConnectWise leadership as needed
Achieve personal annual sales growth contract value and meet quarterly sales goals
Prospect new accounts through cold calling and email, and manage existing accounts through business reviews
Close sales meeting ConnectWise standards for pricing, margins, terms, and conditions (average transaction > $15K; up to 85 transactions/year; sales cycle 25-90+ days)
Qualify accounts, build and maintain pipeline, negotiate contract terms, discounts, and oversee implementation
Requirements
Fluent in Dutch + English
Ability to manage large projects and processes independently with limited supervision
Recognized expert in applicable work area
Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per partner requirements
Ability to work on multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
Comfortable with prolonged phone use
Ability to effectively make 40-50 outbound calls per day
Knowledge of Managed Service Provider (MSP), Technology Service Provider (TSP), and Security industry
Ability to identify opportunities and leverage resources appropriately
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent business experience
8+ years of relevant experience
