About the role
- Set vision for email to power growth and design scalable customer journeys
- Build and execute automated campaigns across email, SMS, and push that drive revenue and loyalty
- Map campaigns to business objectives and optimize performance through testing and reporting
- Maintain operational excellence: templates, segments, tagging, assets, and list hygiene
- Collaborate with team in a fast-paced, growth-oriented culture focused on ending the fear of bone loss
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience building automated journeys across email, SMS, and push
- Ability to design lifecycle strategy and map automation to business objectives
- Strong operational skills: segments, templates, tagging, timing, asset uploads, content libraries, list cleaning
- Rigorous QA: proofing, previewing, and testing campaigns
- Data-driven testing and optimization; fluent with performance KPIs and reporting
- Curiosity for new tools, personalization, and data-driven improvements
- Experience in supplements, subscriptions, or loyalty marketing (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Humble, hungry to learn, and strong teammate (people-smart)
