About the role

  • Set up, QA, and launch email, web, and digital campaigns in Marketo; manage lists and ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Maintain campaign calendars in Asana, coordinate assets, and work closely with segment marketers and digital teams to keep launches on track.
  • Build dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, lead activity, and marketing KPIs; analyze data from Marketo, Salesforce, and HubSpot to deliver actionable insights.
  • Document workflows, improve automation, and strengthen lead management processes to enhance campaign efficiency.
  • Maintain campaign tagging, lead source tracking, and database accuracy across Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for marketing system issues and partner with Marketing Ops/RevOps to ensure integrations and reporting remain seamless.
  • Own campaign logistics and reporting as the trusted go-to person for execution.
  • Collaborate across marketing, sales, and operations teams to drive alignment and deliver results.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in marketing support, operations, or campaign coordination (SaaS/B2B preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Marketo and/or HubSpot.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Excel experience including reporting and pivot tables.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and collaborative.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of lead lifecycle and funnel reporting (nice to have).
  • Marketo/HubSpot/Salesforce certifications (nice to have).
  • Ability to pass background investigation in compliance with federal, state/province, and local laws.
