About the role
- The Mission: Help us build the next major integrated healthcare services platform. We're acquiring 10-20 home health, hospice, and retirement home businesses ($1-3M each) to create a comprehensive care ecosystem.
- What You'll Do:
- Hunt for acquisition targets using your network and research skills
- Find businesses ready to sell in our target range ($1-3 million)
- Make the connection between sellers and our investment fund
- No base salary - pure performance pay
Requirements
- You know the home healthcare/senior care space inside and out
- You have existing relationships with business owners in these sectors
- You're comfortable with 100% commission work
- You can work independently and deliver results
- You understand what makes a good acquisition target
