About the role
- Responding to support requests from colleagues across the business, providing clear and friendly assistance.
- Triaging and resolving incidents, or escalating them to the appropriate teams when needed.
- Fulfilling service requests such as system access, hardware setup, and software support.
- Supporting key tools such as our ERP system (Quantum), Microsoft 365, and internal applications.
- Maintaining accurate records of issues and solutions, contributing to a shared knowledge base.
- Working within an ITIL-aligned framework to help ensure reliable, consistent service.
- Contributing to digital transformation efforts and exposure to automation tools.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing IT support or service desk role.
- A collaborative, patient, and problem-solving approach to technical challenges.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and business software tools.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
- An interest in technology and a willingness to learn on the job.
- A proactive mindset, with the confidence to ask questions and seek support when needed.
