Seeking a Customer Success Manager for EMEA to foster long-term client relationships and ensure maximum value from SwiftMR; role blends technical expertise with relationship management for onboarding, system integration, and support.
Responsibilities: Implement product installations, optimize MRI scan parameters, network setups, provide training and support, address customer inquiries, train channel partners, collaborate with Sales and Business Development, coordinate with Product Operations HQ in Seoul.
Requirements
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
3-5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in medical imaging or customer success roles
Strong knowledge of MRI technology and workflow
Hands-on experience of working on MRI sequence optimization
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex situations
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
Willingness to travel across Europe
Preferred: Experience as an MRI technologist or within the radiology field
Preferred: Familiarity with working in a start-up or fast-paced environment
Preferred: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
