• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for how guests discover, book, and enjoy services—from the first impression to the moment the chef arrives or the car is dropped off.

Systems Engineer

• Architect and hands-on build digital channel engagement solutions, including chat, messaging, omnichannel routing, and agent tooling, integrated with our broader CRM platform.
• Serve as the subject-matter expert on digital engagement technologies (e.g., Salesforce Digital Engagement/Service Cloud, CTI, messaging APIs), advising engineering and business stakeholders on platform capability, constraints, and tradeoffs.

Manager

• Serve as the primary administrator and strategic owner of Airbnb's Community Support Organization's LMS, managing configuration, permissions, integrations, and content architecture.
• Lead the end-to-end LMS transition project — from requirements gathering and vendor evaluation through procurement, implementation, data migration, and change management.
• Define success metrics for the new platform and establish governance frameworks to maintain system health, data quality, and a high-quality learner experience long-term.
• Partner with engineering and IT to manage SSO, API integrations, and platform connectors across the broader HR/ops tech ecosystem.
