Develop and manage multi-channel CRM campaigns using SFMC
Leverage AMPscript and dynamic content blocks to deliver personalization
Collaborate with Data, Product, and UX teams to define customer segments and lifecycle journeys
Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, analytics, and continuous iteration
Develop Best Next Action approach and event management
Monitor control CRM customers funnels
Ensure all communications comply with regulatory and privacy standards (e.g., GDPR)
Support the integration of SFMC with banking systems and customer data platforms
Requirements
3+ years of experience in CRM/Marketing (Outbound/Inbound campaigns), including the Salesforce ecosystem (SFMC/MCP)
Ability to work with customer data and predictive modelling
Deep understanding of CRM strategy, customer lifecycle marketing, A/B testing, Best Next Action/Offer, Event (Triggers) management, personalization (segment of one) and segmentation
Ability to translate data insights into actionable campaign strategies
Knowledge of methodologies: A/B testing, Best Next Action/Offer, Event (Triggers) management
Projects/product development experience
Vendor cooperation experience
High execution skills
Results-oriented mindset with focus on achieving and exceeding KPIs
Knowledge of retail banking products
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Technical, Business, or related field
