About the role
- Develop and manage multi-channel CRM campaigns using SFMC
- Leverage AMPscript and dynamic content blocks to deliver personalization
- Collaborate with Data, Product, and UX teams to define customer segments and lifecycle journeys
- Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, analytics, and continuous iteration
- Develop Best Next Action approach and event management
- Monitor control CRM customers funnels
- Ensure all communications comply with regulatory and privacy standards (e.g., GDPR)
- Support the integration of SFMC with banking systems and customer data platforms
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in CRM/Marketing (Outbound/Inbound campaigns), including the Salesforce ecosystem (SFMC/MCP)
- Ability to work with customer data and predictive modelling
- Deep understanding of CRM strategy, customer lifecycle marketing, A/B testing, Best Next Action/Offer, Event (Triggers) management, personalization (segment of one) and segmentation
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable campaign strategies
- Knowledge of methodologies: A/B testing, Best Next Action/Offer, Event (Triggers) management
- Projects/product development experience
- Vendor cooperation experience
- High execution skills
- Results-oriented mindset with focus on achieving and exceeding KPIs
- Knowledge of retail banking products
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Technical, Business, or related field
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Fluency in Polish and English
