About the role

  • Develop and manage multi-channel CRM campaigns using SFMC
  • Leverage AMPscript and dynamic content blocks to deliver personalization
  • Collaborate with Data, Product, and UX teams to define customer segments and lifecycle journeys
  • Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, analytics, and continuous iteration
  • Develop Best Next Action approach and event management
  • Monitor control CRM customers funnels
  • Ensure all communications comply with regulatory and privacy standards (e.g., GDPR)
  • Support the integration of SFMC with banking systems and customer data platforms

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM/Marketing (Outbound/Inbound campaigns), including the Salesforce ecosystem (SFMC/MCP)
  • Ability to work with customer data and predictive modelling
  • Deep understanding of CRM strategy, customer lifecycle marketing, A/B testing, Best Next Action/Offer, Event (Triggers) management, personalization (segment of one) and segmentation
  • Ability to translate data insights into actionable campaign strategies
  • Knowledge of methodologies: A/B testing, Best Next Action/Offer, Event (Triggers) management
  • Projects/product development experience
  • Vendor cooperation experience
  • High execution skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with focus on achieving and exceeding KPIs
  • Knowledge of retail banking products
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Technical, Business, or related field
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Fluency in Polish and English
