About the role
- Partner with our talent team and hiring managers to deeply understand talent needs across the organization.
- Utilize cutting-edge sourcing techniques to identify and engage top-tier candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct assessments to ensure candidates meet our high standards.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in Comeet, leveraging data to drive informed decisions.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance our reputation as an employer of choice.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting for a SaaS startup, with proven success in hiring both R&D and Sales positions.
- Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strings.
- Passion for technology and innovation, with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ATS - Comeet (a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Native-level English and Hebrew (written and verbal) with excellent communication skills - mandatory.
