Manage full life-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a superior candidate experience.
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development – Utilize online job boards, social media, networking events, and industry contacts to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
Recruitment Metrics – Track and report on key recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and turnover trends, using data to refine strategies.
Serve as the company brand and culture ambassador to candidates
Partnership with Hiring Managers – Conduct intake meetings to understand position requirements, develop targeted recruiting strategies, and provide regular updates on search progress.
Maintains recruitment records and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) diversity statistics and assists in completing required reports
Facilitate in the creation and maintaining of a fulfilling work environment that attracts exceptional candidates
Performs research and conducts surveys to determine appropriate advertising strategies and maintains a network of advertising vendors to contact for recruitment activities as necessary
Support special HR projects and other tasks as assigned by senior management.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience as a hands-on recruiter in the hi-tech industry
Ability to perform & thrive under limited supervision in a fast-paced environment
Track record of handling matters with confidentiality and professionalism
Top-notch written and verbal communication skills, with a detail-oriented emphasis
Data-driven, results-oriented, with a competitive drive for success
High level of energy, motivation, initiative, and professionalism
High English proficiency
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
