Own full-cycle E2E recruitment processes for roles across the organization
Attract and engage top talent using multiple channels and creative strategies, developing new sources, meetups, and conferences
Work closely with marketing to improve employer brand and run recruitment marketing campaigns
Build strong relationships with hiring managers in Israel and globally; partner to define role requirements and processes
Manage pipelines, schedule interviews, provide feedback, and ensure a great candidate experience
Track hiring data and metrics to improve recruitment KPIs
Champion best practices in hiring and help optimize tools, processes, and team collaboration
Requirements
5+ years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, including 2+ years as an in-house recruiter - Must
Proven experience with behavioral interviewing
Experience recruiting for tech/hi-tech or software companies - Must
Proven success in sourcing and hiring for R&D and niche technical roles - Must
Deep knowledge of the local (Jerusalem) hi-tech ecosystem
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in Hebrew and English, with the ability to interview comfortably in both
Experienced in using ATS tools (preferably Comeet / Recruit / Greenhouse) and working in a data-driven environment
Tech-savvy, highly proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
Must be able to work in-office 3 days per week (hybrid)
