About the role
- Marketing Project Coordinator responsible for end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality delivery
- Manage marketing campaigns, execute digital and direct response campaigns per marketing plans
- Analyze historical results to recommend creative and segmentation strategies and determine test quantities for statistically valid testing
- Support Business Development by providing reports and professional partner communication
- Performance measured by campaign execution on schedule, data-driven analysis, and positive stakeholder feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum one year of marketing experience applying direct response principles and methodologies
- Minimum one year of project management or project team experience
- Knowledge executing email campaigns utilizing CRM platforms (Salesforce, MailChimp, Hubspot)
- Knowledge in design principles and creative software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
- Knowledge in multi-channel marketing (digital, direct mail, and advertising)
- Knowledge of marketing principles and practices
- Experience working with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with project tracking, scheduling, asset coordination, and trafficking
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive)
- Ability to be agile in fluid circumstances and comfortable with ambiguity
- Curious mindset and passion for A/B testing
