About the role
- Promote emergency roadside and towing products and services to automotive and insurance clients in Tampa territory.
- Educate and train market level employees on product features, application and benefits of Agero’s solutions.
- Establish, cultivate and maintain relationships with key influencers and decision makers.
- Lead sign up, enrollment, activation and training activities and coordinate delivery of promotional materials.
- Represent Agero at trade shows and local client events and participate in marketing and market intelligence.
- Track daily activities, manage customer data, and report on progress using prescribed tools.
- Gather client and consumer feedback, facilitate surveys and report insights to product teams.
- Achieve territory adoption, revenue, margin, satisfaction and retention goals.
- Facilitate client and consumer issue resolution and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years in client success, account management, or direct B2B sales, with emphasis on post-sales enablement and solution adoption.
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in an account management related role.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key influencers and decision makers within assigned territory.
- Experience in solution consulting, product training or enablement roles preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with product, marketing, and engineering teams.
- Experience working with CRM, Dealer Management Systems, and reporting dashboards.
- Ability to travel up to 80% within assigned territory.
