About the role
- Promote the use of emergency roadside and towing related products and services to automotive and insurance clients in the Boynton Beach territory.
- Educate and train market-level employees on product features, application and benefits of Agero’s solutions.
- Perform elements of sales, customer service, and education/training; lead sign up, enrollment, activation and training activities.
- Participate in events, marketing, and support market intelligence; represent Agero at trade shows and local client events.
- Introduce new offerings, features and process enhancements to client locations and coordinate delivery of promotional materials.
- Maintain accurate records and submit regular reporting of location engagement activities; track daily activities and customer data.
- Expand product awareness and utilization; achieve territory adoption, revenue, margin, satisfaction and retention goals.
- Facilitate client and consumer issue resolution activities and gather insights on operations and program data to drive growth.
- Support client and consumer feedback research projects, facilitate surveys and report to product development teams.
- Demonstrate professional selling skills, identify and cultivate new opportunities, and manage territory to deliver program outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years in client success, account management, or direct B2B sales, with emphasis on post-sales enablement and solution adoption.
- Experience in solution consulting, product training or enablement roles preferred.
- Proven experience in sales and a track record of driving sustained market level business results.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; verbal communication and relationship development.
- Ability to manage multiple client enablement projects and track timelines (project management).
- Technical and applied product knowledge and ability to translate technical information into practical applications.
- Experience working with CRM, Dealer Management Systems, and reporting dashboards.
- Experience collaborating with product, marketing, and engineering teams.
- Problem solving and ability to identify client challenges and develop solutions.
- Willingness and ability to travel consistently (up to 80%) within assigned territory.
