About the role
- Manage and maintain accurate product and inventory data within NetSuite
- Upload and update product information including descriptions, images, pricing, costs, quantity, and location
- Oversee data flow and maintain integration between NetSuite and BigCommerce
- Collaborate with the website manager to ensure data accuracy and completeness on the e-commerce platform
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to product data, inventory, and system integration
- Communicate with vendors as needed to gather and upload product assets
- Participate in a weekly 1-hour team call and maintain communication via email and text
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite administration
- Strong understanding of NetSuite inventory management
- Comfortable performing bulk uploads and managing large product catalogs
- Self-starter with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Must be able to work Central Time hours (Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm)
- NetSuite certification(s) (preferred)
- Experience with BigCommerce or other e-commerce platforms (preferred)
- Experience working with remote or international teams (preferred)
