About the role
- Sell and close deals for Insider's AI-native B2B SaaS customer experience and marketing platform as an Account Executive
- Build, collaborate with, and manage strong relationships with partners, especially at the executive level
- Use Martech (Digital Marketing, CX) knowledge to design solutions and improve partner outcomes
- Conduct outreach, follow-up, testing, measurement, and continuous improvement of sales effectiveness
- Provide high-touch partner care and ensure partners feel at home with products and support
- Participate in internal projects, share expertise, and occasionally lead team initiatives
- Manage time and projects effectively in a fast-paced startup environment; demonstrate high emotional intelligence
Requirements
- University degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- Previous experience in retail, e-commerce, and travel industries is a plus
- Solid experience in SaaS industry
- Knowledge of Martech (Digital Marketing, CX) is a must
- Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with partners, especially at the executive level
- Proven oral and written communication abilities, positive and energetic phone skills, and exquisite listening skills
- Self-motivated, tech-savvy; always in search of savvy solutions and ideas to improve partner relationships
- Care for partners and provide around-the-clock support
- Time and project management skills
- Keen eye for detail; passion for testing, measuring, and improving outreach and follow up effectiveness
- Ability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- High emotional intelligence
