About the role
- Prospect and engage potential customers via phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for Sales Managers
- Build a deep understanding of Two’s products, customer segments, and value propositions
- Collaborate with the wider commercial team on outreach strategy and enablement content
- Conduct market research to better identify and qualify target industries, verticals, and buyers
- Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in our CRM
Requirements
- 1–3 years’+ of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or customer-facing roles – ideally in fintech, SaaS, or B2B e-commerce
- Demonstrated track record of high performance, in professional or personal life
- Preferred: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, economics, or related fields
- Ability to handle rejection, and maintain energy through high activity levels
- Clear and structured verbal and written communication
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
- Native-level fluency in Swedish, Finnish, Danish, Norwegian, English, or Dutch (depending on your location) – English is our business language
