About the role

  • Launching, managing, and optimising Paid Social Ads campaigns
  • Structured creative testing and reporting
  • Scaling campaigns based on performance data and business goals
  • Collaborating with creative and strategy teams to align messaging and performance
  • Managing budgets, pacing, and daily account health
  • Ensuring compliance with Meta Ads policies and ad approvals
  • Creating clear, insightful reports for internal and client use
  • Participating in internal strategy calls to provide tactical recommendations

Requirements

  • 2+ years in PPC for eCommerce
  • Prior Meta Ads / Meta media buying experience (valuable)
  • Experience with or willingness to learn unit economics and profitability analysis
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Self-directed learner who seeks help when needed
  • High attention to detail
  • Equipment: Computer with camera for video calls
  • Willingness to work hours 9am - 5pm
  • Nice to have: Cross-platform paid media experience (e.g. Meta, TikTok)
  • Nice to have: Previous agency experience with high-volume ad accounts
