Launch and manage Amazon listings with SB video ads, A+, Brand Story, and backed keywords
Monitor listing health and address issues such as stockouts and suspensions
Lead supply chain tasks: instruct Amazon VAs on shipment creation, monitor shipments, resolve transit issues, and track POs
Day-to-day management of Amazon VAs: assign tasks via Asana/Slack, monitor progress, respond to inquiries, and prioritize long-term tasks
Requirements
Google Sheets expertise: Advanced skills in building and managing spreadsheets and systems
Amazon Seller Central mastery: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with all platform features (creating shipments, editing listings using flat files, Transparency Program, Brand Registry, etc.)
Project management software: Extensive experience using tools such as Asana
Has managed a team of 3 or more employees in operation of Amazon accounts
At least 2 years of experience as an Amazon account manager or in a similar role
Must be able to start working from 8AM to 11AM CET at the latest
