About the role
- Lead the communications, social media, and content teams, including coordinators, analysts, and in-house staff;
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to recruit students;
- Plan, implement, and optimize online and offline media campaigns, ensuring multichannel integration;
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure investment efficiency (ROAS);
- Ensure consistency of Afya’s communication across touchpoints (digital, events, materials, traditional media);
- Monitor KPIs and report performance, proposing course corrections with a data-driven mindset;
- Support product, commercial, and growth teams on student acquisition strategies.
Requirements
- Solid experience in marketing management with a focus on student recruitment or B2C sales;
- Mandatory: strong expertise in online media strategy and execution (Google, Meta, programmatic, social);
- Hands-on profile, capable of working on both strategic planning and execution alongside the team;
- Experience in education is a plus, especially in undergraduate, graduate, or edtech programs;
- Analytical ability to interpret data and drive metric-based decisions;
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and engage with internal stakeholders.
