Drive initiatives for Product and the organization to make the Affect app people’s long term home for recovery and mental health care
Take ownership of driving scale for business through program, state, and insurance expansion, and connecting internal tooling and processes to meet that scale
Increase the efficiency of care operations by identifying core unlocks in CRM, EHR, and automation tools to drive scale
Distill and prioritize information for different care team stakeholders in context of their workflow
Scale program, insurance, and data architecture to handle state and plan specific requirements and drive simplicity among complexity
Collaborate with marketing to analyze user flows and build in-app experiences to attract members ready for treatment
Build out data flows to help with ad optimization and conversion
Improve treatment consultant operations efficiency to focus on delivering empathetic, consistent, quality guidance
Collaborate with design and engineers to scope solutions and plan/groom sprints
Maintain operational excellence by diving into operations and ensuring product delivery to the last mile
Coordinate cross-team collaboration by defining frameworks to manage ownership and accountability
Use data with internal tools (Metabase and SQL) to gain insight into member behavior
Demonstrate accountability, continuous learning, ownership, and deliver results
Requirements
Must have experience working cross-functionally (extra plus if you’ve worked with clinical care organizations)
4+ years in Product roles
Healthcare experience required
Have worked in fast-paced environments (especially startups)
SQL skills or ability to learn
Demonstrated track record of leveraging data flow through the entire product lifecycle
