Transition Aeroseal Europe from a distributor-led model to a direct service model while maintaining strong partnerships with existing channel players.
Identify and prioritize market opportunities in retrofit and new construction sectors.
Build and lead a pan-European business unit including sales, operations, service delivery, and technical support.
Establish infrastructure, processes, and KPIs for high-performance service delivery.
Drive profitability and sustainable growth through disciplined execution and continuous improvement.
Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders—building owners, developers, energy service companies, facility managers, and contractors.
Oversee regional marketing and sales activities and represent Aeroseal at industry events, conferences, and with government/regulatory bodies.
Leverage understanding of building performance, HVAC, ventilation, and the construction lifecycle to tailor solutions and stay ahead of energy efficiency and decarbonization trends.
Requirements
10+ years of executive or general management experience in construction, building technology, HVAC, energy efficiency, or a related field.
Proven success managing both dealer/distributor networks and direct-to-market operations.
Deep understanding of the European building construction and renovation lifecycle.
Visionary and strategic mindset with the ability to execute in complex, evolving environments.
Strong technical fluency in building systems and performance.
Entrepreneurial approach with a track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
Preferred: based in a major European city with convenient access to regional markets and travel corridors (ability to travel regionally).
