- Lead Firefly Foundry’s AI architecture practice
- Hire, develop, and mentor a high-performing group of architects
- Represent Firefly Foundry with C-suite leaders
- Establish and evolve reference patterns for creative workflow blueprints
- Provide leadership and escalation frameworks
- Oversee enterprise integration across Creative Cloud apps

Requirements
- 12+ years architecting and shipping large-scale platforms or content/ML systems
- 3+ years leading enterprise GenAI /AI programs
- 5+ years in people leadership roles

- Strong technical depth across cloud, data/AI tooling, and software architectures
