About the role
- Support customers with on-site installation, implementation, maintenance, and repair of company and multi-vendor systems solutions
- Install and optimize hardware/software/network products and configurations at customer sites
- Diagnose and resolve product performance problems
- Perform maintenance and repairs
- Ensure customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree within the science field (e.g., chemistry, analytical chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology) or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position or experience as an end user
- Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving Agilent Atomic Spectroscopy and Molecular Spectroscopy products preferred, but not required
- Experience with the Agilent solutions is desired but not essential
- Verbal and written communication is clear, respectful, and timely
- The position requires an active, valid driver's license
- Option to work remotely
- Eligibility for company car or reimbursement for personal vehicle usage
