About the role

  • Develop new and existing clients and establish creative growth strategies to increase revenue
  • Manage overall sales pipeline including lead generation and reach-outs
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders on onboarding and growing clients
  • Use CRM to track activities and the pipeline
  • Prepare customized sales presentations for partners
  • Attend events to meet potential clients
  • Gather and communicate partner needs and industry trends internally
  • Collaborate within an international English-speaking team

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in tech sales or account management, preferably in the adtech or mobile advertising space, with a proven track record
  • Understanding of standard adtech KPIs (CPI, eCPM, CPC, ARPDAU, etc.)
  • Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written in Japanese and English)
  • Fluent in Japanese and proficient in English
  • Expert with Google Suite (especially Sheets and Slides)
  • Experience using a CRM
  • Output- and revenue-driven attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sense of ownership
  • Ambition to win T1 and T2 enterprise clients in Japan
