About the role
- Develop new and existing clients and establish creative growth strategies to increase revenue
- Manage overall sales pipeline including lead generation and reach-outs
- Work closely with internal stakeholders on onboarding and growing clients
- Use CRM to track activities and the pipeline
- Prepare customized sales presentations for partners
- Attend events to meet potential clients
- Gather and communicate partner needs and industry trends internally
- Collaborate within an international English-speaking team
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in tech sales or account management, preferably in the adtech or mobile advertising space, with a proven track record
- Understanding of standard adtech KPIs (CPI, eCPM, CPC, ARPDAU, etc.)
- Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written in Japanese and English)
- Fluent in Japanese and proficient in English
- Expert with Google Suite (especially Sheets and Slides)
- Experience using a CRM
- Output- and revenue-driven attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of ownership
- Ambition to win T1 and T2 enterprise clients in Japan
