About the role
- Own strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns to drive growth and retention.
- Define ICP-specific customer journeys for acquisition, upsell, cross-sell, and retention.
- Build, launch, and manage automated and ad hoc campaigns across email, SMS, and proactive live chat.
- Code responsive HTML emails and collaborate with creative for assets.
- Configure lifecycle journeys, triggers, and segmentation in marketing automation platforms.
- Deploy proactive AI live chat triggers tied to ICP behaviors and lifecycle stages.
- Monitor and improve lifecycle KPIs including Net-New MRR, expansion MRR, attach rate of add-ons, churn rate, and NRR.
- Conduct A/B tests and coordinate cross-functionally with Paid Media, SEO, Creative, CRO, and BI.
Requirements
- 5+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing (SaaS, hosting, or ecommerce experience preferred).
- Proven track record building automated, multi-channel lifecycle programs that drive revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, ICP-based marketing, and behavior-driven triggers.
- Hands-on experience with CRM & email/SMS automation platforms (Salesforce, Customer.io, HubSpot, etc.).
- HTML/CSS skills for email coding.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret KPIs and recommend optimizations accordingly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong collaboration skills for working across marketing, product, and creative teams.
