• Managing Ad Operations and Trafficking for Adelaide publisher campaigns, ranging from campaign set up and generating tags to ensuring measurement fidelity
• Troubleshooting and QA for live trackers while defining processes to automate this workflow in conjunction with both Product & Engineering teams
• Support on integrations with new publishers and partners, which may involve specific nuances and debugging of Javascript & HTML
• Train publishers to utilize Adelaide’s Self-Service Tagging Tool
• Innovate and improve product to identify new ways Adelaide can provide value to publishers

Publisher Technical Analyst

Customer Success Manager

• Reports to a VP of Customer Success
• Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, providing ongoing support and strategic insights
• Ensure support before, during, and after campaigns and drive seamless campaign execution
• Articulate Adelaide’s value proposition and recommend optimizations based on data-driven insights
• Drive adoption of Adelaide's AU metric across brands, agencies, and media partners
• Collaborate closely with Sales to strengthen client relationships and expand the portfolio
• Partner with the Analytics team to deliver impactful reports, including custom analyses aligned with client objectives
• Act as a product expert, guiding clients through Adelaide’s measurement data and insights
• Coordinate with the Technical Account Management team to ensure seamless campaign setup
• Support AdOps to facilitate smooth implementation and execution of campaigns
• Leverage data visualization and storytelling techniques to provide actionable insights
• Foster strong client relationships and leverage insights to expand Adelaide's footprint

General Counsel

• Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of media/adtech-specific agreements, including: Master Service Agreements (MSAs) Data License Agreements Statements of Work (SOWs) Vendor and partner agreements
• Ensure contracts incorporate appropriate protections around intellectual property, data use, and commercial risk.
• Conduct vendor compliance assessments and support company-wide regulatory adherence.
• Advise on privacy and data protection matters, including risk assessments and policy alignment.
• Provide governance support for board-related matters, including documentation and compliance oversight.
• Assist with internal company legal issues, such as employment-related matters, tax considerations, and general corporate legal support.
