Own the full revenue lifecycle (think not just sales - but sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success) with P&L accountability.
Design and execute growth strategies for mid-market and enterprise e-commerce and retail/media commerce brands.
Drive innovation in performance-based pricing models and deal structures to maximize profitability and client value.
Use data, attribution, and analytics to inform forecasting, pricing, and pipeline health.
Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing revenue organization in a fully remote environment.
Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous learning.
Establish KPIs, performance frameworks, and incentive structures tied to marketing and revenue outcomes.
Partner closely with the CEO, CFO, and executive leadership to shape strategic planning, capital allocation, and cross-functional revenue priorities, while influencing peers and executives even without direct reporting lines.
Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to align offerings with customer needs, retail media commerce opportunities, and emerging market demands.
Deepen relationships with key clients and partners to maximize retention, expansion, and advocacy, while identifying opportunities to leverage owned media channels for growth and differentiation.
Monitor industry trends to keep addShoppers ahead of the curve in retail media, commerce media, performance marketing, and emerging adtech models.
Represent addShoppers with clients, industry partners, and at major events, strengthening our presence in the performance marketing, retail media, and adtech ecosystems.
Requirements
8+ years leading revenue functions (sales, marketing, partnerships, customer success) in performance marketing, e-commerce, or retail/media commerce.
Proven success scaling organizations and delivering double-digit growth.
Expertise in fast sales cycles, owned media, and enterprise-level performance-based deal structures.
Deep understanding of attribution models, retail media platforms, and martech ecosystems.
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence cross-functionally and build high performing teams
Experience with forecasting models, pricing strategies, and incentive programs.
Thrives in a fast-paced, fully remote environment with a balance of vision and execution.
