About the role
- Centralized management for all Clinical Enterprise revenue cycle functions within Geisinger
- Direct and implement programs for operational efficiency in revenue management
- Manage patient access, coding, billing and accounts receivable resolution
- Provide strategic direction to revenue cycle functions and inter-relate them to other functions
- Communicate with senior management about cash flow and profitability
- Ensure continuous monitoring and improvements in revenue cycle process
- Manage departmental budget and operational efficiencies
- Lead identification and implementation of revenue management technology innovations
- Develop new business and for-profit opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- Minimum of 10 years in Healthcare (Required)
- Minimum of 10 years in Leadership (Required)
- Skills in Office Administration
