About the role

  • Prospect and qualify new business opportunities across Singapore and the APAC region
  • Create, manage, and prioritize a targeted list of strategic accounts aligned with commercial strategy
  • Conduct high-level discovery conversations and engage key stakeholders in private banks, family offices, RIAs, and investment management firms
  • Build and maintain account intelligence: perform research, add contacts, track activity, and collaborate on territory planning with Account Executives
  • Help shape outbound messaging, regional campaign strategies, and prospecting tactics that resonate in local markets
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly quotas for qualified opportunities passed to the Sales team
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional partners to strategically identify, engage, and qualify target accounts

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in outbound sales or business development, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or financial services
  • Strong interest in wealth management, private capital, or investment technology, prior exposure is a plus
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and excited to build something new in a high-growth, cross-border environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a confident, polished, and professional presence
  • Comfortable working independently and collaborating with remote teams across multiple time zones
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa, Japanese) are a plus
  • Candidates must have valid authorization to work in Singapore; visa sponsorship is not available
