About the role
- Ensure accurate and timely creation of subscription orders and invoices, prioritizing customer needs
- Validate data, review and approve quotes, and manage subscription orders and billing in line with ASC 606 revenue policies
- Reconcile information for completeness and accuracy and proactively investigate and resolve billing or revenue anomalies
- Partner with internal stakeholders across Sales and Finance to drive efficiency and contribute to the team's success
- Contribute to impeccable data quality and drive process improvements and automation initiatives
- Support the Global Revenue Team for Subscriptions and participate in cross-functional collaboration
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an accounting, finance, or order management role at a fast-paced, multi-national company
- Prior experience in a customer service or client-facing position
- Strong computer skills, especially Excel as a main tool
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally within Veeva and deliver timely, accurate customer service
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and navigate complex situations
- Self-motivated and self-managed, with a strong sense of ownership
- A team player who can work both collaboratively and independently
- Proactive mindset, with a drive to improve processes and seek better solutions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where change is frequent; strong multitasking skills and flexibility to shift between tasks quickly
- Nice to have: 2+ years of experience in order processing, contracting, or finance operations preferably at a multinational company
- Nice to have: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Nice to have: Proven ability to contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives
- Nice to have: Experience with CRM platforms, NetSuite, and/or Zuora RevPro
- Nice to have: Familiarity with revenue accounting principles
- Nice to have: Experience in the software industry, particularly SaaS
