About the role
- Own the end-to-end FP&A product roadmap
- Lead enhancements, configuration, and scaling of OneStream
- Ensure that enterprise-wide reporting is standardized, accurate, and timely
- Serve as the voice of the business across multiple stakeholder groups
- Collaborate with engineering and data teams to define and prioritize data analytics requirements
- Partner closely with segment FP&A, Corporate Finance, and technical teams
- Develop training plans, champion adoption, and lead change management across user groups
- Define and track KPIs related to reporting timeliness, forecast accuracy, and user satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A systems, financial reporting, or financial systems product management
- Direct experience with OneStream (design, implementation, or administration)
- Proven track record of delivering cross-functional technology projects
- Strong understanding of planning cycles, corporate finance operations, and data governance
