About the role
- Represent and advocate for the needs of Finance and Accounting; bridge business requirements with IT capabilities; ensure business is fully aware of system capabilities and limitations.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the OneStream application and its integration with ERPs and other finance systems; own roadmap priorities and participate in design, testing, and integration activities.
- Promote the evolution of business processes to enhance data quality, insights, and decision-making; support productivity initiatives across the Finance & Accounting organization.
- Support monthly close, reconciliations, reporting, forecasting, and annual target setting; respond to audit requests; develop and maintain cube views and dashboard.
- Train new and existing employees on the OneStream system; ensure effective change management and alignment of business processes with technology.
Requirements
- 5+ years of financial system experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft VB.Net, SQL
- Experience with OneStream or Hyperion strongly preferred
- Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, or information systems
- High executive presence with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Travel Requirements 0-15% Domestic and Internationally
