About the role
- Own the end-to-end FP&A product roadmap, with OneStream as the primary platform.
- Lead enhancements, configuration, and scaling of OneStream as the central FP&A and reporting platform.
- Ensure that enterprise-wide reporting is standardized, accurate, and timely—while also allowing for segment-specific flexibility where appropriate.
- Serve as the voice of the business across multiple stakeholder groups, including Finance leadership, IT, and segment-level users.
- Collaborate with engineering and data teams to define and prioritize data analytics requirements that support FP&A objectives across all reporting platforms (e.g., OneStream, Power BI, Oracle Fusion, o9).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A systems, financial reporting, or financial systems product management
- Direct experience with OneStream (design, implementation, or administration)
- Proven track record of delivering cross-functional technology projects
- Strong understanding of planning cycles, corporate finance operations, and data governance
