About the role
- Serve as Finance Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Senior Manager bridging Finance/Accounting and IT
- Advocate for Finance and Accounting requirements and communicate system capabilities and limitations
- Oversee development and maintenance of the OneStream application and integrations with ERPs and other finance systems
- Own OneStream roadmap priorities and manage design, testing, and integration activities
- Promote process optimization to improve data quality, insight, and decision-making
- Support monthly close, reconciliations, reporting, forecasting, and annual target setting
- Respond to audit requests and support compliance
- Develop and maintain cube views and dashboards and provide training to new and existing employees
- Collaborate closely with Business Segment Finance, Corporate Finance, and IT teams to deliver financial insights and enhance productivity
- Require 50% onsite presence in Atlanta, GA
Requirements
- 5+ years of financial system experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft VB.Net
- Knowledge of SQL
- Experience with OneStream or Hyperion strongly preferred
- Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, or information systems
- High executive presence with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Travel Requirements 0-15% Domestic and Internationally
