About the role
- Oversee maintenance operations of a facility, ensuring equipment, infrastructure, and systems function efficiently and safely
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance procedures
- Schedule and oversee regular inspections and repairs of equipment and facilities
- Monitor maintenance KPIs and initiate improvements
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA) and enforce workplace safety policies
- Maintain documentation for audits and inspections
- Manage maintenance budgets, control costs, and monitor inventory of spare parts and tools; plan reorders
- Drive continuous improvement in the value stream to reduce costs month over month
- Lead talent development and specialization of the maintenance team
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
- 6 to 8 years of experience in leadership/manager position in Maintenance Engineering
- English: Conversational
