About the role
- Oversee onboarding, scheduling, and coordination of external vendors across field locations
- Ensure timely deployment of qualified personnel for planned and unplanned field activities
- Monitor compliance with country-specific labor laws, safety regulations, company policies, and site-specific requirements
- Maintain and audit records of training, certifications, and medical clearances of vendor personnel
- Collaborate with HSE teams to implement and monitor field safety procedures and act on safety observations/incidents
- Evaluate vendor performance and support continuous improvement initiatives with feedback and corrective actions
- Act as single point of contact between vendor companies and internal departments (service operations, procurement, finance, etc.)
- Ensure standardized documentation (risk assessments, method statements, timesheets, field reports) is completed and archived
- Align resource needs with field demand forecasts and work closely with planning teams to mitigate resource gaps
- Travel as required to support field operations across EMEA
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, business, or significant experience in related field
- Significant experience in field operations or vendor management, preferably in the energy or infrastructure sector
- Strong knowledge of HSE and labor compliance requirements (e.g., GWO, OSHA)
- Experience verifying training, certifications, and medical clearances for external personnel
- Excellent coordination, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and priorities across geographically distributed sites
- Proficiency in digital tools for resource tracking, safety monitoring, and reporting
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Proven ability to work in a cross-functional and global environment; strong team player
